Write a letter to a sewing machine manufacturing company ordering for a sewing machine

Dear Manager, 
This is to inform you that I am your regular customer and buying a sewing machine from you for many years. I have bought all the models of the sewing machine from you. If the previous one got damaged, I could have got the opportunity to get a new one from you and it got this independence from you. This time I am expecting the same facility from you so I have contacted with your manufacturing company.
I have used the previous model of singer machine that I had taken from your manufacturing company. I have used it and got full of satisfaction with this one. It has become older and I want to get a new one exchanging the old one. I need the new model of the machine because I have just known that new model machines are able to provide very high-quality sewing services and it has become slower time to time. So I am expecting to get a new one which will have all types of high-quality features and quality of working. I don’t want to keep my working stop because I pass my days of leisure by sewing dresses.
I have sent you an order request for the model I have found on your online page. I ordered the product in online and when I get the delivery of the model of the sewing machine in my home, I will surely provide you the check. You can get the payment from the check very easily if you need money in case I can also send it to your company instead of the check. You must not forget to provide me the same model that I have ordered it online for purchasing.  If you have any best model instead of my choosing you can send that one also to me. It may be that I am not completely perfect to choose the best model for this machine.
Whatever, you have to check the machine over and over before you send it to my address. It should be able to work in the proper and perfect way while sewing dresses. You also need to check the packet if you have given all the needy things with the sewing machine or not. You cannot forget to provide me the service warranty card for the sewing machine so I will be able to change the machine when I am needed. All the necessary cables and ports should be given with the sewing machine so I can operate the new model machine. You should not forget to provide me tools and extra needles that may need for sewing.

I hope you will consider my request honestly and send me a new model sewing machine. I am badly in need of the best sewing machine and I cannot wait long for that one. So never try to forget me as I am always regular for you. Try to provide me a sewing machine which is able to meet my all demands of sewing.
